Terms

These terms cover gatherandsolve.com, the company site. They do not cover our games: each game has its own terms on its own website.

Using this site

You may read this site and link to it. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy here.

The games we link to

Clicking a game takes you to that game's own website, with its own terms and privacy page. Game names, descriptions and prices live with each game and may change.

Our name and logo

The Gather & Solve name and mark are ours. The press kit is there so you can write about us: use the files as supplied, unaltered. Please do not use them to suggest that we endorse something.

What we promise about this site

We keep this site accurate and up to date as best we can, and we never claim a game does something it does not do yet. We cannot promise the site is always available or free of errors.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page.
